Come in with a clean washed face free of makeup, creams, moisturizers, and oils.

Refrain from lash strips at least 2-3 days before your appointment.

Remove all eye makeup, including any lower lash makeup.

Remove your contacts.

Prepare your inspiration picture ahead of time

Avoid caffeinated beverages.

No recent lash lift.

Fill the lash consent form prior to your first appointment.

Wash your lashes at least two times daily

Do not use a spa, sauna, hot tub, steam room, or pool for the first 24 hours

Avoid tanning beds for 48 hours after application.

Avoid steam from showers, facials, and saunas

Avoid rubbing, pulling, or picking your lashes

Avoid using an eyelash curler.

Try sleeping on your back

Avoid using oil-based skincare and makeup products around the eye, including mascara and makeup remover.

Avoid waterproof mascara.

Avoid rubbing your eyes or lashes

Avoid the lash line when applying facial and eye creams

Avoid running water over your eyes and getting moisture around the eye area when washing face, showering etc.

Avoid chemical peels or laser treatments around the eyes.

There are many factors as to why your lashes aren't lasting. It could be because of poor lash prep or attachment by the technician or inproper aftercare by the client.
